Leila is our Service User Engagement Manager. She works alongside a small but incredibly dedicated and caring team of volunteers who keep in regular contact with all our service users.

In addition to ensuring the meals and the deliveries are well-received, the team checks with service users to see how they are doing, and to connect them to additional services if required.
