As part of the Executive Team, Martin shares the Executive function and responsibilities with colleagues Janet and Mike. Martin leads on governance, developing and establishing our policy responses to the various statutory obligations. Martin also has responsibility for all aspects of volunteering with Empty Kitchens Full Hearts. Martin is the designated Safeguarding Lead and Data Protection Officer. Before joining Empty Kitchens Full Hearts, Martin held roles in operations and business development within the retail sector.
