Scott Mackintosh

Scott is one of the Head Chefs at Empty Kitchens Full Hearts. Scott and Fi prepare the food for daily deliveries with the help of the kitchen volunteering team. They also manage and oversee the Kitchen assistant programme, where Empty Kitchens sends volunteers to receive an accredited hospitality qualification at our local Granton College. Empty Kitchens -and the Head Chefs in particular - help their development by integrating some additional training during their volunteering time.
