Hello, I'm Fee!

I have worked in the third sector for over ten years, and have a background in policy, with a particular focus on children and young people, children’s rights, and the impact of poverty on families and communities.

I joined the Board of Trustees in late 2025, and I was inspired to learn how it was established during covid in response to local need. Community groups and volunteers coming together during the pandemic to support people in practical and meaningful ways was so important.

It’s incredible to see that spirit continue today, not only as a place that provides essential food support, but also as a space for connection during the Friday community lunches. 

I look forward to supporting Empty Kitchens Full Hearts to continue making a real difference to people across Edinburgh, and to championing a dignified, community-centred approach to tackling poverty.
