Mark Cooper

Hi there, I'm Mark and I first became aware of Empty Kitchens in 2021. I visited Leith Theatre and was so impressed with what I saw I wanted to get involved in a way that I felt I could help.                                                                              

I worked in law firms for 13 years before moving to the third sector in 2012. I'm so pleased that I made that switch as it's enabled me to align my own values with my day to day work. 

It's an honour to have been appointed as a Trustee at Empty Kitchens and I am looking forward to meeting everyone in time.
