Sam started volunteering on the Welcome Desk and Logistics when Empty Kitchens Full Hearts was first established during the pandemic. As well as trying her hand in all our volunteering roles, Sam has gone on to become a Trustee, currently serving as its board secretary.

Sam has a background in operational improvement and organisational design at RBS. She now runs her own business as a consultant providing business support to start ups and small businesses. In her spare time she is an avid photographer, crafter and cook.
